EXCHANGES

At NYOS we want our customers to be happy and fully satisfied with the choice they make with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order,  for these specifics reasons (ONLY); the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us a written notice within 14 working days of receipt, (ONLY) If your complaint is placed by e-mail to; info@nyos.pt. In the e-mail, you should state the reasons for the exchange and wait back for the follow-up response. 

When returning the item, you must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition,( IF we see that the item has been used we will charge your card and give you a further notice via email to why this has happened), it's not acceptable to receive our items used), also our products should return with the original label and tags and in the original bag and packaging. Shipping/postage costs to send back items are charged to the customer. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you ensure the goods are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note.

Please note that NYOS prices do not include customs duties and additional charges may be levied by your local tax office. Should you fail to clear the order through local customs and pay the relevant duties the goods will be returned to NYOS and a refund less the costs of returning the goods to us will be automatically made to the card used to purchase the order upon receipt of the goods. We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs.

‘The costs of returning an item are costumer’s responsibility and we do not accept paid upon delivery.”

In case of an exchange, if we do not have the product intended available in stock anymore, we will provide the customer with a voucher containing the same value as their initial purchase.

All vouchers created by NYOS for exchanges have a 1 year expiration date.
