How do I order?
It is really simple to buy in NYOS store. You just have to follow these steps:
- Click in a product picture or tittle to enter in its page and see all the information about it and all its pictures;
- Select a product and click on the shopping cart icon;
- If you want you can keep buying or go to check out;
- If you keep buying you just need to repeat the process;
- To finish the purchase, click in “Checkout” and follow the payment instructions.
Order by e-mail
If you prefer you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of the product you want to buy. We will answer you with the stock availability and value you have to pay. After confirming the bank transfer we will send you your products.
All products available in www.nyos.pt have their prices in euros with taxes included.
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfers.
In case you choose bank transfer you will have to introduce, as a reference, your first and last name. You can also make your transfer through ATM. In both cases you should send us the evidence by e-mail in order to confirm your payment and send your package. Order requests will only be considered if payment confirmation is send to us up to 3 working days after the order is placed. As soon as you complete your payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
Delivery Period and Warranty
We send our orders worldwide.
All orders are expedited within 5 to 8 working days through our national post service, Correios de Portugal (CTT) by registered mail.
After the shipping process you will receive an e-mail with the registration number of your package, so you can track it using the “Pesquisa de Objectos” service of CTT.
Our packages are always sent by registered mail which requires that you sign when you receive the package, so we advise you to indicate and address where somebody can sign for your package.
If the package is returned to us because you didn’t retrieved it on time from your postal services, the costs of resending it will be supported by you.
Although we use all available means to ensure your package is delivered on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by external factors, which we do not control.
Please note that the shipping to international destinations can be subjected to tariffs or import duties that differ from country to country and whose value we cannot predict. For more information about this subject you should contact your local authorities.
